Attorney-at-Law

Mari Alice’s family law practice is currently focused in the areas of divorce, dissolution, post-order modifications, paternity and unwed parent rights, custody or visitation for grandparents and other relatives, minor guardianships, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.  Legal matters can be intimidating and complicated ~ Mari Alice is committed to work with each client to learn all the facts of the case, the client’s goals, and work toward achieving the most favorable outcome.

Prior to and during law school, Mari Alice worked at small, mid-size and large law firms, and in every capacity – file clerk, receptionist, secretary, and paralegal and in various areas of law.  Upon receiving her license to practice law in 2000, Mari Alice’s practice was focused on representing boards of education across the State of Ohio in matters relating to employment law, labor relations, and general school law matters.

When not practicing law, Mari Alice enjoys spending time with her large family, and especially her grandchildren, nephews, and nieces!  She loves to cook, read and go for walks in the Metroparks.

Mari Alice enjoys participating in networking opportunities and is currently the President in her BNI I-480 Chapter (Business Network International) and has held other leadership roles.  She is also the Vice President and Director in WIN CLE (Women In Networking, Cleveland).
