Mari Alice Zacharyasz
(say it with me, Zak-a-rye-as)
Mari Alice’s practice is currently focused in the areas of domestic relations, minor guardianships, custody or visitation for grandparents and other relatives, nonprofit and for-profit corporate law, estate planning, and employment law. Legal matters can be intimidating and complicated ~ Mari Alice is committed to work with each client to learn all the facts of the case, the client’s goals, and work toward achieving the most favorable outcome.
Prior to and during law school, Mari Alice worked at small, mid-size and large law firms, and in every capacity – file clerk, receptionist, secretary, and paralegal. Upon receiving her license to practice law in 2000, Mari Alice’s practice was focused on representing boards of education across the State of Ohio in matters relating to employment law, labor relations, and general school law matters.
When not practicing law, Mari Alice enjoys spending time with her very large family, and especially her grandchildren, nephews, and nieces! She loves to cook, read and go for walks in the Metroparks.
Mari Alice is also the Chairperson of the Berea High School All Class Reunion Committee and helps put on the biggest and best annual block party for Berea High School Alumni.
